Lots to see and hear, beginning with the wild onstage antics for Striker. In their 40+ year history, Fifth Angel played just their first North American gig outside their home state of Washington, with mainstay Ken Mary (ex-Chastain/current Flotsam & Jetsam) behind the kid.
Elegy returned to the US, for the first since the '03 BW&BK 6-Pack Weekend! Judging by how quickly the t-shirts sold out (who brings "small" sizes to the USA?) the most anticipated band of the day (weekend?) were the Japanese ladies in Lovebites. The evening ended with the always impressive Finns, Amorphis.
